After having problems with 2 current piercings I contacted OokySpooky and they were incredible, managed to fit me in... for an appointment to change my jewellery and give me lots more information I wasn’t aware of and reassured me that things would be okay, never experienced such care and expertise from a piercer, they really made sure to take time to go through everything and make me feel comfortable and less anxious, never going anywhere else for a piercing ever again!read more

I had two lobe piercings with Vesper today and it was such a great experience compared to previous piercings (at other... premise). He was so friendly, and accommodating (plus incredibly disability friendly). I am someone who really struggles with needles but I was totally at ease and Vesper was so kind and understanding. Aftercare advice, and hints and tips were brilliant too. I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already told my close friend that she can come next time (covid allowing) so that we can get pierced together (which is what we normally do!)read more

absolutely AMAZING experience, Vesper was so calming and professional, even my dad was impressed by the whole... appointment!! got a faux rook and conch piercing, can’t stop looking at them and both hurt so much less than my other 8 piercings - even my third lobe one! really clear care instructions and talked through every part of the piercings, even helped with some older piercings that hadn’t been done correctly! completely blown away and so happy with every part of the process, can’t express how pleased I am! will definitely be coming back 💛read more

I had my thirds (lobe piercing) done earlier today and I’m so happy with it!

This is by far the best place I’ve... ever been for a piercing. Anne was professional beyond words, incredibly friendly and so knowledgable. Her studio is lovely and has such a welcoming atmosphere where I immediately felt at ease.

The whole experience was amazing and I will never go anywhere else for my piercings!

we both had our noses pierced last week, what an absolutely amazing lady. I felt at ease straight away. very... professional and very caring.
The studio is very clean and we have not had any issues with our noses, we have followed the advice given.

Anne is fabulous - I took my 11 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and she was so welcoming and professional. ... Anne really took her time to talk my daughter through the process and made sure she was fully comfortable with it all before she got going. My mum and I made a spontaneous appointment just after Xmas for our dermals (I'm from Cornwall and there's not many... local piercers that specialise in dermal piercings where I live). I had one on my shoulder, the other on my shoulder blade completing what I call my 'fairy wings', if you can picture! Anne positioned them perfectly and they have settled in and healed brilliantly, I'm so pleased! Anne is a fantastic piercer, great to chat to, makes you feel at home and really cares about making sure everything is spot on. I popped in for a Halloween treat and was greeted by Anne who was warm and welcoming.
We discussed my choice of... piercing and I was offered a great selection of jewellery. Anne was thorough and precise with the placement of the piercing (which I loved) she made me feel comfortable and at ease and explained the aftercare process in detail.
I love the pretty gem sat neatly under my lip and would recommend Anne to anybody wanting some sparkle.

I am thankful to Vesper for being so professional and positive. I dreamed the Tragus for such a long time but my big fear was the pain. We had such a good time talking and I didn't feel any pain at all!!!High quality jewellery, plenty of choice, clean environment and comprehensive instructions. Definitely recommend and happy to come back !

Absolutely faultless experience. I had my tongue pierced and the bar downsized a week later. Vesper's professionalism and friendliness made the whole thing so much less nerve-wracking! The piercing itself was smooth, easy and done with top notch equipment & jewellery - you really do get what you pay for. Will absolutely be returning

They’re great if you can actually get an appointment.My consultation had to be rescheduled due to a medically emergency.My piercings had up be rescheduled due to an equipment malfunction.My jewellery down-size had to be rescheduled due to a different medical emergency, and the rescheduled time I was given was wrong so I turned up when they weren’t even open, which was a 1 hour 20 minute round trip on a busy Saturday for nothing. I requested the appointment be cancelled.I’m not on Facebook which means contacting them is like talking to a brick wall: I’ll email them, get no response, but they’ll acknowledge my email if I see them in person.All this negative stuff aside, when you are there for an appointment, they are incredibly professional, take their time with you, go at your pace, and were incredibly mature and sensitive about my phobia of needles. The service I received on the day of my piercings was top notch! The piercing aftercare advice was clear and helped my piercings heal with no issues so far.I totally understand that equipment malfunctions, medical emergencies and other personal problems are not planned for, but I cannot recommend them as I’ve had such bad luck every first appointment booked with them.I have yet to receive a refund for my cancelled appointment.
